Egg Maggi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Maggi noodles
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to your taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened.
  2. Add the tomato and green chili (if using) and cook for another minute.
  3. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook for a further minute, stirring constantly.
  4. Add the Maggi noodles and break them up with your hands.
  5. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked.
  7. Crack the eggs into a small bowl and whisk them together.
  8. Pour the eggs into the pan and stir gently to scramble them.
  9. Add the Maggi masala tastemaker and salt to taste.
  10. Cook for another minute, or until the eggs are cooked through.
  11. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves (optional).

Tips:

  • You can add other vegetables to your egg maggie, such as peas, carrots, or bell peppers.
  • If you don’t have any Maggi masala tastemaker, you can use garam masala or curry powder instead.
  • You can make egg maggie vegetarian by using tofu or paneer instead of eggs.
