Egg Bhurji: A Spicy Scrambled Egg Delight

Egg Bhurji

  2. Heat the oil: Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter. Then, add the chopped onions and green chilies (if using). Saute until the onions are softened and translucent, about 5 minutes.
